LURVE me some Mavid. They are now officially the best part of the tour.
Liquid..I know, huh? gah some of those group numbers were BAD. I don't understand why they can't just do them like they do on CI. No bad dancing or really cheesetastic songs.

Does anyone have a link to video where Michael is playing David's leg like a guitar? I haven't seen that one yet, just saw it in someone's avi.

Hi, Suckster Cooktards. I've been lurking here forever, but I feared for my ass and didn't want it handed to me. Be kind!

After our screaming had died down, he growled, "New Jersey does not disappoint." He said it as if we'd just pleasured him. Which I suppose we had... Oh, I think you're going to do quite well here. |

Thanks, Lobsters! Your avatar makes me
I took video of "Please Don't Stop the Music" -- see below. When I tried uploading it, YouTube timed out on me. Fortunately, it cut off AFTER Mavid's sunglasses act. If I ever get my Internet connection to stop hating me, I'll upload the others I took. He did look really hot in person. Both figuratively and literally. He was so sweaty! When he took off his guitar after "Billie Jean," you could see a line of sweat where the strap was. Gross ... but also a little sexy? It was confusing. His eyeliner was out of control. It's the first thing my friend noticed when he came out. She thought some weird shadow was happening; I had to shout, "Nope, that's just his guyliner." ETA: Thanks, Liquidsunshine. See why I was lurking here and not the scary boards?

That's so great that you were at the Newark concert, cyedit. We've been reading reports that the audience reaction to him was so amazing that he teared
up and had to stop to compose himself a couple of times.

Welcome, cy! Thanks for sharing with those with us. The Newark show may just push me over the edge to try to find tickets. I keep going back and forth.
I guess I'll wait till the solo tour. I'm so indecisive. After taking the kids to the Season 5 tour, I just don't know if I can handle all of that screaming business again. Of course at the end all we got was Taylor. Sitting through it for Cook would be a whole other deal, I suppose. |

I will be going to the Minneapolis concert at the end of this month!
And yes, I will do my best with the recap and pics. I just told hubby today that we should get there early to try to meet him and he rolled his eyes at me! How early are people going there, do any of you know? |

(somebody please correct me if I'm wrong) Then after the concert you can catch them near their buses. I really wanted to stick around after my concert, but it was too damn fricking hot, I had to work early the next morning, and I had a long drive ahead of me. I must wait for the solo tour. ::sigh:: It might be better that way, as I won't have to be fighting off/getting my eardrums perforated by fans of other performers for whom I care nothing. |
