Ditto for me. I voted the full 2 hours for Mark and I blame America's bad taste / Koolaid drinking.

However, I do somewhat blame Nigel & Co, though, because they have been pushing Twitch hard with unwarranted praise & the biggest chunk of camera time to ensure that viewers get attached to Twitch. Without all of this, Twitch would have been out well before the final 4 like most of the limited "hip hoppers" in seasons past. Josh the "hip hopper" deserves his F4 spot, Twitch does not.

This is the one show where I do believe the Judges have a lot of pull with the audience still. Many people I talk to in the real world eat up what the judges say. They will even change their opinions based on the judges' praise. Also, many people I talk to are more impressed with "tricks" than the actual dancing or meaning/storyline of the dances on this show. Almost everyone I spoke to this week after the performance show raved about the tricks Josh & Katee did in their contemporary and, in particular, the split jump Katee did into Josh's arms. That one trick, not even perfectly executed, was what made many people I talked to vote and they could barely remember the other dances.

Also, most of the real world opinions of Twitch (of people I talked to) are nothing based on dance, but "he's so funny" "he seems so nice" "he lost to Hok last year and fought his way on the show this year" (like it was even a real fight. Twitch had a top 20 spot the second he was turned down last season, puhlease.) And they forgive him, just like the judges did, by saying "but he's a hip hopper and out of his element."

So, the people that actually picked up the phone and voted for Twitch are the ones to blame. I never could have imagined there would be so many of them that could be so passionate about Twitch?!?! But they obviously ate up the pimping, the extra airtime/editing, Twitch's display of "devastation" last week upon learning he was in the bottom 2 (poor Twitch, he didn't derserve to be tortured like that) and they must love all of Twitch's self-promotion and grandstanding and huge ego. Good for them and I hope they enjoy Twitch bringing down the quality of the F4 performances that he is in.

Josh/Katee/Courtney FTW. Don't care which one of these three take the top prize, they are all deserving in their own way.
