The people on Flight 93 could not just run off the plane to escape. They had heard via telephone that other palnes had already crashhed into buildings. So they were fighting for their lives. The people on the bus had a means of escaping. At the time, the man was attacking the other man - he had not commandeered the bus and threatened everyone there. Plus, even though he was using a knife on the man did not mean that he did not have a gun stashed somewhere. Even though it might be a noble thing to intervene, I still think the best thing to do is call tyhe authorities and get yourself out of harms way (that is unless you're trying to help a loved one). If you die in the event of trying to stop this idiot, is your family going to comforted by that fact? I was just wondering though - did this occur in the back of the bus or how did people who were seated behind the attacker and his victim escape?
