There's no way of knowing for sure (we don't know if he will buckle to pressure to keep nominations the same), but if Memphis is so into honesty, why would he lie right to Dan's face? That would also for sure take away Dan's jury vote.

That would also be the best birthday present possible in this game. Monday is Dan's birthday, right?

Let's just hope Memphis is being honest and that no one in the house, including Dan, does anything to mess this up.

This is a much better strategic move for Memphis and I'm very pleased if he's realized that. I'm just shocked he actually won the POV.

Dan's nominations were overly complicated and the veto meeting was a mistake, but I do wonder if all that estrangement from Memphis is one of the reasons Jerry didn't nominate them together.

I do see that Dan's basically an F2 goat if he stays, but it's hard for me to see that as bad for him. The jury will castigate him for the same old self-righteous bluster (how dare he use religion, how dare he backstab a player who backstabbed him). Renny may have a drunken meltdown, and he'd be sad about that, and I'm sure he'll feel bad if someone says he's a terrible teacher, but he's getting 50K, along with the 20K earlier this season, to listen to three or four of the most delusional twats ever on BB (April, Ollie, Michelle, Jerry if he's on the jury) foam at the mouth one more time. Not the worst way to get money. And he'd get to play to the end in a game he loves.

I do think he deserved a bit of a slap for overdoing it last week and hopefully he got that and will do what he has to do to get past F5.
