No, there is a high pressure system that is moving across the mid-U.S. As it does, it will either hold down the storm, like Gustav, and force it into the Gulf,
or move Eastward, and allow Hannah to come up the coast.

For Gustav, a bit of weakening's occurred - max winds down to 120 MPH, presently. He's expected to get back to Cat. 4 status today, though.
