He also kept her off the block during both of his HOH weeks while nominating Memphis both times So Dan is hoping if Keesha would happen to win the F2 HOH she might pick him over Memphis, even though he has never specifically promised her a F2 deal (unlike Memphis) Dan doesn't want to promise Keesha a F2 deal that he plans on breaking -- Memphis doesn't have any qualms about promising F2 deals .. we'll see how the jury reacts if they make it there together

You might be right that it was sort of a sublimal reminder about that. If so, that was very clever.

Dan just reassured M again that he will take him off if he wins the veto. I don't know what they are going to say to Keesha though. Why nom him in the first place. They didn't tell her the real reason, so she is bound to be confused and not amused.
