Ahh Les. Fun fact. The band-aid he wore in the pilot was real. The producers liked the touch and so they had him wear a different one in every ep after.

Bump for tonight...
"Business Ethics" Following Ryan's (B.J. Novak) recent scandal at corporate, Holly (guest star Amy Ryan) must hold a business ethics seminar. The meeting gets out of control when Michael (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) lets everyone speak freely about their unethical behavior at work. Meanwhile, Jim (John Krasinski) makes Dwight (Rainn Wilson) comply with the company's "time theft" policy. |

Yay The Office is back (again)! Just by reading the synopsis for this episode makes me think of "Conflict Resolution" from Season 2.

Sounds like there will be a good Jim prank on Dwight that lasts the entire episode. I love those, because we haven't seen too many since season 2. Some
classics: the alliance, convincing Dwight it's Friday instead of Thursday, and using AIM to taunt him as the computer...."What is a Jim?"

Nothing will ever beat Jim putting Dwight's supplies in the vending machine.

The CIA one was a hoot!
"You have been compromised. Destroy your cell phone" Followed by Dwight throwing his cell off the building. |

Jim's pranks on Dwight are the BEST. I also loved the one where Jim came in dressed as Dwight and proceeded to imitate Dwight until Dwight finally
realized what he was doing. "Bears, Beats, Battlestar Gallctica."
