On quite a few issues, yes.

BUT - on the abortion/choice/partial birth abortion etc - Obama really did very well tonight. That issue is one that loses McCain a lot of support. It's the issue that makes me think you'd be better off with Obama. I really feel great disdain for the people who are so anti-abortion that they sneer (as McCain did tonight) at women for expanding the parameters to include pretty much any reason a woman cares to name if she suddenly chooses to get rid of the fetus at a later stage of the pregnance. If she has reached that decision, so be it. Prior to birth, the choice must remain hers to make, not "society's" and certainly not any kind of organized religion or cult that seeks to enslave women to the reproductive function.
