I just downloaded the first two eps. Haven't watched the whole thing yet but what I've seen looks very good from skimming through them. I actually enjoy seeing the obnoxious producer guy with great survival instincts.

And zombie Davina is amazing!

I downloaded the first episode on IRC but it is a .ts file...anybody know what program that is? Are you guys all watching this on youtube (for you non-UK people).

on a totally un zombie-related note, Russell Brand lost his radio show because of some stupid prank calls he made on the show... good thing I will be there to console him in person next week...
well, maybe if his career ends up in shambles he'll be back hosting BBBM - which IMO can only be a good thing

PS - any news on who's going to be doing BBLB next year? Surely they can't bring back that Zezi creature

Most of the houseguests seem to be based on people from BB6. Marcus is obviously Kemal, Space could be based off Science? And Angel seemed like Vanessa to me (in the fact that she wasn't shown much and latched onto Marcus much like Kemal), and Pippa reminded me of Sam.

Dead Set is a British five-part horror thriller created by British writer Charlie Brooker. The series is set in the Big Brother house, and was first aired on E4 on 27 October 2008. The five episodes, scheduled to run until 31 October 2008, chronicle a zombie outbreak that strands housemates and production staff inside the Big Brother house. Although the house is one of the only places left where people can shelter from the zombie attack, the infection soon seeps in. Filming for the series took place over Summer 2008. Pippa's eviction was filmed outside the real Big Brother house during Belinda's eviction.

I haven't watched any of it. DLed the 1st 2 eps and will snag last night's tonight. I think I'm going to marathon them on Halloween after the party. Or maybe on Sat if it takes forever for Pt 5 to go up.

The last episode was really good. This is probably the best mini series I've ever seen (though I've not seen many) and it surprises me because it seems so gimicky but it's actually good and there were 2 parts that really scared the shit out of me in episode 3 lol. Veronica really came out as a strong charachter this episode which leaves me to believe that she'll die in a shocking heroic way, and I have a feeling Joplin will be the last from the group to die (if he does) other then Kelly. I have a strong feeling that Riq and Pippa will survive as well.

I haven't watched episode three yet, but I am looking forwards to it. It is pretty good, in my opinion the best part of it is the fact that out of the two episodes I have seen not one has had the word "zombie" in it. At least that shows it isn't completely a generic zombie movie.

Is it wrong that I want Riq to die a horrible death? Maybe not quite being shot by Marky, but preferably eaten up by zombies. I also want Kelly to hook up with Space, lol.

The only sure person I could see surviving is Kelly. I'm rooting for Space, Veronica and Marky to survive; Pippa, Joplin and Patrick's chances are probably close to zero, but it's hard to tell really. Hopefully the finale doesn't disappoint, this has been some pretty good telly!

Holy shit, that was awesome. I'm a fan of zombie flicks, and this ranks up there with my faves. The added premise of it taking place in the BB compound actually worked really well. Perfect ending too.

At least everyone died, heh. If Patrick and Joplin had survived that would be a different matter, but at least I can see where everyone is coming from, even if those 2 shafted the others over. The last 10 minutes or so were pure terror, loved it. Patrick, Marky and Veronica's deaths were horrible, but I indulged in Patrick's of course because he was such a twat. It's a fitting end, definitely, I had wished for a fairy-tale ending but I guess we have to be realistic here. I fricking loved this.

P.S. Zombie Aisleyne was awesome.
