Oooooh, I remember reading in TV Guide (so I'm not using a spoiler tag) that it was a possibility (again, nothing substantial was said). That'd be interesting, at least more so than Mike . . . again.

Why marry Edie and befriend everyone on Wisteria Lane to get revenge on one guy? It's not like Edie was a natural way into the clique - she was an outcast. Hell, she wasn't even living on Wisteria Lane. Wouldn't it have been simpler to pursue someone single, like Katherine? Mike wasn't even on Wisteria Lane when Dave arrived and hadn't been for a while. If it was Mike he was after, why not move where Mike was already living, rather than going through a convoluted plot that required so many things to fall perfectly into place? It seems unlikely it can all be resolved satisfactorily. It would have been better, IMO, if he was Paul Young's brother and wanted revenge on everyone on Wisteria Lane.

I think the only thing I didn't really like was the most blatant product placement I've seen in a long time. "He left a video message for Orson on my phone" or whatever Bree said. Otherwise I thought it was great. I still think it is to obvious if it is Mike and that could be something to throw us off. In the commentary for season four Marc Cherry did talk about how they liked to put in plots to throw the viewers off (which might actually just be Karen McKlusky). I was hoping Karen would call Mrs. Tillman to help her but I do love her sister.
