#21. Dr. Hibbert Nobody has a more distinguishable laugh than Dr. Hibbert. With all the medical issues that occur in the show, he's a really important character. Not quite as cooky as Doctor Nick, but still definitely shows shady medical practices and overcharges his patients :D Hibbert <3 |

#20. Cookie Kwan Competitive AZNs <3333 For having such a limited role Cookie Kwan is really memorable to me for some reason... Prolly cuz I <3 AZN women. Stay off the West Side! Are you talking about the west side? Cookie Kwan, number one on West Side! I don't know, I just love her voice. She's a great character because they don't overuse her (probably because like 99% of the animators are Japanese and are probably highly offended by Asian stereotypes). But Asians are so easy to make fun of. <333333333 |

Selma/Patty (I don't know the difference) and Comic Book Guy annoy me. Dr. Hibbert has his funny moments. Cookie is completely random, and I have no
opinion of her character. I don't recall any of her one-liners being particularly funny. As for Smithers and Groundskeeper Willie, they should be much
higher. They're both fantastic, and would probably take up two spots in my top 5.

#19. Nelson Muntz Hah ha! Nelson is such a complex character and a lovable bully. I think he was originally designed to be an antagonist of Bart but over time he became Bart's friend. I love the episode where Bart shows up to his Birthday party and Nelson ends up being s completely psycho-stalkerish bff. Or when he dates Lisa... CPPN <3333333 |
