I've been watching since Season 1, episode 1. I didn't even have the internet back then, so when we got it during season 2, I became a member of this site and an active "spoiler-follower". Survivor is one of 3 shows that I've watched consistently in the past 8 years, and is one of the only 3 shows I watch nowadays. I haven't been a regular viewer of the show on tv since Cook Islands, I prefer to watch the episodes online because I can't be home to watch them on Thursdays (in NZ). The day it ends, I won't know what the fuck to do with myself.

My interest has fluctuated over the years - the most obsessed I've been was during the end of the first season - one night I stayed awake all night thinking about possible ways Kelly could get to the end and be beaten by Rich of all people, knowing in adavance that he had won.

I missed alot of the second half of All Stars - All Stars really tainted my interest in the show when Amber, Rupert, Jenna L, Rob, Alicia, Shii-Ann and Tom were the only players left, and easily the least deserving of their spots on the show. Seeing Kathy turn into such a whiny cunt really ruined my view of her, and the way Jerri was beat down besides actually being decent was disheartening. That kind of carried over into Vanuatu and Palau - I loved Ami, Eliza and Twila but didn't like anyone in Palau except Steph and Angie so found it easy to tune out. I thoroughly got into Exile Island, and have been moderately-highly interested since. China, Micronesia and Gabon have been increasingly good, though.
