Anyhow, remember the guy in Barney's firm that tried to pee on the conference table?
Hm, I need more of a reminder

Not just brunettes. Elisha Cuthbert kept me up at nights.. thinking, for along time. And Yvonne Strahovsky is looking better and better every passing
episode.

I wonder how they'll handle both pregnancies. especially the post-birthing. Are we going to be down 2 actors? Reduced roles? Or maybe the pregnancies time
out well for the summer break.

Oh nice. They'll be huge by the end. Started watching S1 and am just over 1 disc in. Hilarious stuff. The Thanksgiving ep where Lily went to Marshall's hometown and ahd to make that 7 layer salad (16 cups of mayo!) and Barney was Volunteer of the Year was the last one I saw. Question is the Coat Check girl a contender for the mother? Ted said something to dismiss it but I'm not 100% sure. Is Slutty Pumpkin a contender as well? Lily & Marshall's costume that Halloween was hysterical (gay pirate). |

I was searching on imdb and found this little nugget.....
------------------------------ - At the end of "Something Blue," Future Ted closes the story with this revelation of his and Robin's futures: "And as hard as it was at the time, in the end we both got what we wanted. She did eventually go on to live in Argentina, and Morocco, Greece, Russia, even Japan for a little while. And I? Well, I met your mom." So anyone Ted can be construed to have "met" before the events of "Something Blue" can be definitively ruled out as the mother, including Victoria, the coat check girl, the Slutty Pumpkin, Wendy the Waitress, Trudy, and most other female characters Ted has personally significantly interacted with from Seasons 1 and 2. |

In the commentary to the DVD's Josh Radnor said the mother was the coat check girl, then said he was kidding. Who knows though, it might be
disinformation, although unlikely giventhe Robin moving out comment above.
Speaking of which, was that from the goat episode on Ted's birthday? If so, dammit I will rent that disc again. ETA: it's a repeat tonight. When do we get new eps? Are we done until January? |

You'll see Robin standing behind counters and sitting on the sofa with a pillow in her lap like Elaine did on Seinfeld. On the upside, her magnificent
breasts will be even more magnificent.

Tonight's episode is a repeat, but its The Bracket episode. One of the funniest episodes from Season 3.
The next new episode is next Monday. My guess is that will probably be the last new one until after the holidays. |

I don't think that statement Ted makes really rules out anyone we've already met. He could just be saying he went on to meet their mother in the sense
that he really dates her and has a relationship with her. He didn't have any real relationships with Coat Check Girl or the Slutty Pumpkin. Of course I
really want it to be the Slutty Pumpkin so I'm looking for any angle I can!

Sorry for my delay in updating. I was out of town for Turkey Day and just got back last night.
That episode was awesome!!!!! |

Indeed it was!
But not as awesome as the Bracket ep that aired tonight and which I thought I'd watch in the background while putting away groceries, tending to an injured cat, etc.. A half hour groceries are defrosting & injured cat still needs his meds. WHAT an awesome ep! As a matter of fact, here are the three greatest HIMYM eps, arranged by airdate: Slutty Pumpkin The Pineapple Incident The Bracket Yes I know I'm disregarding Robin Sparkles and a certain goat, but I risk starting a HIMYM Buffyverse convo, which will not end well. |

Um a storyline of Robin getting pregnant from the naked man would kind of be funny. The problem is that I don't want babies to be involved in this show.

neither do I. Babies seem to always ruin shows.
