How'd Dexter know she wouldn't come home and interrupt him? I'm going to miss Miguel. Great character. I call bullshit on King getting away, btw.

King getting away was complete bullshit, especially with Deb, of all people in pursuit. Loved the Dexter vs. Miguel shit tonight and LaGuerta's involvement. Some good stuff coming up in the finale. I can only hope that Batista's storyline has something to do with the Skinner. Those parts are like ice cold water on an erection.

Just to check, the torrent I have ended with Dexter saying "Adios amigo" and fading to a black and white shot. I assume that's the end, but don't want to miss anything. Also, if anyone has a clip of the upcoming episode preview, I'd really appreciate it. As to the "kill room", I assumed it was LaGuerta's house, and she was absent because of Dexter's phone message. Why he would be so confident she wouldn't return, I don't know. Excellent guess on the bachelor party abduction by the way.

I thought they'd hold out until the final episode for Dex to finally kill Miguel, but with Miguel hot on LaGuerta's tail, it just couldn't wait . . . and next week Dex has to deal with the equally psycho other brother. I can't wait to see when that hits the fan. I laughed with glee when Dexter told Miguel that HE killed his brother and not Freebo. I wish the scene with Dexter & Miguel in the kill room would have lasted longer. I will really miss Miguel, but DAMN he made this my favorite season of Dexter. Good job, Mike on being the first to figure out Dex's abduction was for his bachelor party. Loved how he popped out of the trunk and popped Masuka in the eye. Seriously, bad idea for anyone to pull that kind of stunt to get someone to a bachelor/surprise party. Masuka is lucky Dexter didn't find some kind of very sharp object in that trunk to use as a knife when that trunk was finally opened. Dexter's goofy grinning and OTT enjoyment of his bachelor party & guffawing to Miguel's "roast" to appear normal <3<3<3 And Piranha, the kill room was Miguel's hotel room. When Dex was let in by the maid for the turn-down service, he also cased it out and determined it would be the perfect spot, where he could park his car in the lot out back and go in/out the window.

I didn't see anything that was similar from one scene to the next, and it looked more like a residence (bookcase, framed certificates, and it looked like it was on ground level). It would actually make a lot of sense for it to have been the hotel room, but I don't think it was.

I'm going to have to watch it again. Now Miguel's other nutso brother will be after Dex for the finale. Interesting that Quinn only got a superficial cut from King when he tackled him.

I was hoping to see that half his face was slashed across his cheek, etc. I was really disappointed to see it was barely a graze to his forehead. I guess they didn't want to ruin his looks for the show. I would rather have seen Quinn deal with being very badly disfigured. What a bummer.

One of the things I liked best about S1 and S2 was that everything was wrapped up at the end of the season. It's very satisfying, like reading a book.
