I'm so sick of these people patting themselves on the back quite so much. I'm kind of thinking that just about anybody could be successful if they
stick you way out away from civilization, control everything you eat and give you nothing to do but work out all the time. No Tv. No newspapers. No
telphone. No computers. No work. I'm pretty sure we'd all lose weight. Their egos just become a tad much for me.

I love that it's "this is the last week, so you should be eating this." I would hope that it actually started long before. And, I think the
situation with Vicky, her kids, and food is a very real one. A lot of kids become obese because they don't like vegetables and their parents don't
make them eat them. It would've been nice to see Bob and Jillian talk about different things you can do with vegetables to make them taste good, but not
take away the health benefits.
