Moments ago there was a big white flash outside, followed by an explosive kinda sound. It's 25 degrees out and not storming, so I'm thinking an
invasion of some sort. What should I do?

I'm still alive (so far), and no further excitement. There are no transformers in the vicinity as far as I know. I would suspect fraternity hijinks, but I
think all the boys are gone for Christmas break. So I guess this wasn't so exciting after all. My other story is... Last night in the airport, I heard this
page: "if there's a doctor in the terminal, please come to the checkpoint." REALLY?? They don't have a better way to handle that??

Sorry. I was taking pictures. And when the flash went off, it reflected in the window and momentarily blinded me. I then fell off the fire escape into a
dumpster.
