Is this show filmed in America and they are just grabbing minorities off the street and assigning them countries to represent?
It seems VERY low budget and what 90% of everyone speaks English? I call BS |

I love the random Americans in the audience that have the other countries flags.
What does Bah mean in Chinese? Seeing the solos shows why SYTYCD always does pairs, pairs are so much more interesting. They need some choreographers, that's what the dancers are lacking. |

The Chinese kids are awesome. The music is too modern though. Although their performance is outstanding.

Death to the Argentinian bitch. Show me 1 other person who could do what Robert did, and then show me the thousands of people who could do the other
soloists' choreography.

Loved seeing Pasha & Anya.
Was the Argentinian soloist dancing in a thong? Laughing at the Irish judge who scores based on hotness, lol. Laughing at the friendly Russian judge thinking we want to hear cold war era jokes. Laughing at the stoic Chinese judge. Laughing at the S African coach's "he could have done better" about her soloist. Love watching Bollywood dancing, but that girl in the white sari was not in sync with the music, so I can see why the scores were low. The Australian group number seemed weighed down, a little clunky. . I like that I am going to learn how to say 7, 8 and 9 in several different languages! Tuned out after the Russian soloist. I was a little bored and confused by the show. Plus I missed the beginning and the Irish group dance--did they explain what they base the scores on in each category as the dance styles are so varied? I was surprised to see Robert M as the US soloist. He's interesting, but I would have liked to see someone who could showcase skills in several dance genres. |

I am SO disappointed! While the Chinese group was great, that wasn't dancing. Nor was the USA pair. Just because music is played, doesn't make it
dancing. Sorry. And a lot of the other dancers, weren't in sync. And the camera work was poor-would show one member of a pair, not the two of them
together, couldn't keep up with the groups without panning way out....blah. If nothing else is on, and it's boring here, and I don't have a good
book..maybe. And I was so looking forward to this.

This show sucked so badly that I can't believe they didn't yank it off the air before it ended. |

I am probably one of the few who liked this show - not because of the dancing but because of the bitchiness of the judges. This show will be the cause of WWIII

I enjoyed watching the dancing even though I was disappointed with a few. At the moment, I plan to watch again tonight. Here's a couple more thoughts
about last night's show:
I'd be willing to bet that the reason all of the dancers and coaches interviewed speak English so well because they all live in the US. Didn't the Indian soloist mention working on the Vegas Strip? Are the soloists told to stay in a particular circle during their dance? The Indian soloist was literally dancing in the dark a couple of times when she was out of the downward circle of light. Then again, it's probably sucky lighting crews too, or maybe their cameramen also fill in on working the lights. The producers need to cut out interviewing the coaches and the representin' judge's comments after their country's particular dance. It's a waste of time because what are they going to say other than they did a wonderful job and blah blah blah. Argentina's duet was hot although when the camera panned in to show her hands on her partner's face, I was surprised she was sporting a French manicure instead of having red-painted nails. It would've been more dramatic if she had. Why was I thinking that Robert M the Popper was Canadian? Maybe it was because he was in a Canadian commercial. |

This show sucked so hard and was SO fucking slow paced, I wanted to kill Michael Flatley by the end.
I'll stick with SYTYCD. |

100% agreement with those who pointed out how aweful the camera work is on this show! For the love of pete just put a camera on a tripod - it would make this
show much easier to watch.
As I watched this show, I kept thinking "This is the best to be found in the whole country, really?" How were these dancers chosen? I really want to like this show, but if the quality of the dances does not pick up, I don't think I will be able to continue. The Irish group dance, the pairs tango, the russian pair, the Indian soloist(what a beautiful woman) & the Austrailian group were excellent dances. The American popper, the American pair, the Chinese group and solo dancers and the South African solo dancer were talented 'acts' but not really dancers. The Argentinian solo = stripper dance the Austrailian tapper = wtf on the outfit the 'bollywood' pair = looked like they were in a local talent contest (and would not have won it either!) South African group = nice synchronization, really hot bodies, way too much boot slapping Irish soloist = Michael Flately junior Russian soloist = some nice lines, but could use a better choreographer |

Well, that totally blew. It was so generic! The judging panel was embarassing. Loved Anya and Pasha, though.

I remembered the Argentinian soloist from the show "Forty Deuce", about the burlesque show she worked in.
