Nope. If no twist, Susie would not have flipped. Why? She'd stay with the team until she can make her move, to flip at later stage. Besides, the flip
would only create 5 vs 5 and if Fang lost, she'd be next cause Kotas would be pissed at her.

Or if Marcus wins immunity they can take the risk, feed false information that it's matty, and then vote ken. That give them a 4/7 chance to take control,
given PROD, or Susie flips back not wanting to risk it. But pretty much nothing was certain once Dan was booted. Dan would have probably stayed with Kota,
since he wasn't savvy at all.

Even WITH Susie (and I don't trust "I would have done X!" after they've seen edited information from the show anyway) AND Sugar (if they could get her) AND if Matty didn't flip like he wanted to the ENTIRE GAME. It would have been 5-5. So even with ALL THOSE IFS, Sugar would have to have used her idol. Which she would have been stupid to do, given that she could use it later on much more efficiently and more dramatically. And we all know that was her purpose in the game. |

I'm not having this argument again. The onions screwed themselves over, it had nothing to do with the twist.

And we all know that was her purpose in the gameThere is so much wrong with this: 1. She never said she hated anyone. 2. We can trust what she says a lot more than your assumptions. 3. They had Sugar. 4. Matty didn't vote with them at 9 did he? 5. Matty didn't vote with them at 8 did he? 6. Matty didn't vote with them at 7 did he? Therefore, Matty was not flipping. 7. Sugar had the idol, so despite it being 5-5, onions are still at a disadvantage, NOT Fang. 8. It wouldn't be beneficial for Sugar to keep her idol and let her side get pagonged, only to use it and save herself once and still be outnumbered. |

chapera rocks wrote: 1. Sugar said Susie hated Crystal and didn't trust Ken. 2. You can trust that she knows what the editing implied she SHOULD do. 3. Who had Sugar? Crystal, Ken and Matty? Nobody ever had Sugar. Not Ace. Not Crystal or Ken. Not Matty. Didn't she prove that over and over again? 4-6. Of course not. Why would he do that? Switching sides to vote with a minority is a much different strategy than switching sides to avoid a tie or being a target. And also, YES, Matty did turn on them with a quickness. 7. Again, SUGAR had the idol. NOT FANG. Sugar was not loyal to Fang. Sugar completely destroyed Fang in favor of Kota (Bob). So...no. 8. Not using the idol in the 5-5 scenario ≠ waiting to get Pagonged. Besides, Sugar wasn't interested in winning or playing smart. She was interested in being part of a compelling story. Using the idol to save herself or someone else against impossible odds > POTENTIALLY, POSSIBLY resolving a tie breaker. |

Sugar liked Marcus, maybe even more than Charlie and Bob. He was another good guy alpha male that she liked.
She did NOT look happy to see him gone at the F9 RC. Being stuck with the two Onions she hated during the merge switch solidifed her anti-Onion position. Merge at F10, Marcus works her, Ken twists her arm to vote Marcus, the outcome is uncertain. We saw that she wasn't a loyal Fang at the end. |

I TOTALLY get why Charlie loved them...I would have too... It was just one of those seasons Charlie where you guys had it all worked out and could've just as easily made the end...but Snoozie and a couple of twists just got in the way...if I couldn't see Corinne/Randy in the finals then I wanted to see Sugar so it worked out either way... Which raises the Q...why did you guys not feel Sugar deserved it even a little bit, whether you liked her or not??? She was the determining swing vote in some of the biggest votes of the season, had the idol and ran the whole second half of the season...whether she was a mactress or not I thought you Onions had the brains and maturity to base it on game play in the end...disappointing... |

we never agreed to vote together and we might not have voted together had there been a different final 4.Sorry mate, that is absolutely not true and everyone here needs to know it. Corinne said in one of her interviews after she got voted out that Marcus, you, Randy and her made up a vote of 4 out of 7, so that it didn't matter who was number 5, 6 and 7 as your voting bloc would control who won and that that was that. She's on film as having said that. Please understand - I thought you were great. I like you. I'm not criticising, just pointing out what she said. |

chazychaz wrote:Thanks for posting a reply to my post, Charlie. I figured that Corinne would be good around camp and all, and no surprise to hear she was close to Bob. I know that she does have some good qualities, everyone does. But you didn't really answer my question about Corinne, which was basically, after you got back home and saw the kind of things she was saying about others on TV, did that change your opinion of her at all? I know that everyone says things in confessionals that they might regret later, but hers were the worst we've ever heard. Were you surprised that she had so much hate and anger in her? And hey yeah, Marcus is hot. But the whole, "I'm hot but who cares" thing is not what I'm referring to - I guess what I meant was his behaviour at Ponderosa, and his condescending comments in interviews also. He's very lucky to be where he is in life, and I'm sure that deep down he knows it and is grateful, but most of us were horrified at his behaviour. Anyway, carry on, and thanks for taking the time to talk to us! Cheers. |

Charlie!!!! I think you are sooooo under appreciated here at sucks. You and Corinne were my favorites last season. I was wondering who you would have voted for
if the final 3 Sugar had not turned on Matty and the final group would have been Matty- Susie- and Sugar. Would Matty have won?

Charlie! I didn't expect to see you around. I felt like we didn't get a good grasp of who you were on the show, so it's nice to see you show up and
post. And it's awesome that you're friends with Eliza. What a formidable duo.
Some questions... 1) I've heard that production had issues with you being the second Todd. Do you think that was a fair comparison, and did you play devious out there? 2) Was your TC question to Bob a deliberate shout-out to dear sweet Natalie's TC question at Parvati? 3) chazychaz wrote:So New Fang did intentionally throw that challenge to take out a Kota? It's been speculated here, but never confirmed to my knowledge. Anyway, great to see you! Hope you stick around for awhile. <3 |

I love the bitching/revisionist history already occurring. It's like reading the Edgic thread.
"The twist was unfair, we suspected something was up." Hello fuckers, just because you lost out doesn't mean it's a suspicious twist. It happened twice before and being a Survivor "expert" that you are Charlie, you shouldn't have been surprised. "Susie never was going to flip, it would have been dumb!" Again, Sugar has the idol and would have stuck with Fang. 5 v 5, Susie still flips and flips into a F3 spot with Sugar/Matty, better than Kota. Marcus probably STILL gets knocked out, this time by an Idol. And why would it matter if they looked inside the bag? They all picked the 10 numbers out of the bag and got 5 v 5. It's not like they picked numbers from different bags or there was a secret pouch that certain players knew about to pick the right number. Too much bitching and moaning from one loser to a group of losers. Instead of entertaining these ridiculous notions that the game is rigged against the Onions, actually answer some legitimate questions, like why did you destroy the integrity of the game by creating an Onion voting block that obviously discussed voting for Bob and slamming Sugar/Susie. And let's be honest here, Marcus is the prime example of what the producers love. Boring white alpha male. If anyone gets something rigged for them, it's him. Not people like Kenny or Crystal or Susie. Marcus was their pet and they wanted him to win, above everyone else. And the twist worked out in his favor, but because he and the Onions had ostracized Susie, she flipped on him. Not to mention his piss poor gameplay in trying to get Crystal to vote against Kenny. |
