I have to chime in on the Bob outburst. I think there was not only absolutely nothing wrong with it, but in fact it might be beneficial. As a female ex high school and college athlete who's had a number of coaches, nothing Bob said hasn't been screamed at me or my teammates a million times. And frankly sometimes you need to be screamed at to get you out of your head and paying attention to what's going on.

To me it appears Joelle is a manipulator. She has either no job or one that doesn't pay well, since she lives at home with her mom in one of the cheapest areas of the country. She probably manipulated Carla in some way to get to stay on the show, and I'm guessing her real motivation is to be on TV/make money rather then to lose weight. I have people like her in my family and they appear nice to an outsider, but inside they are extremely selfish and think that the rules don't apply to them (and that they can work the system in some way). They expect life is to be handed to them and that hard work is something other people have to do. At least that's my impression of her at this point. Hopefully Bob's yelling at her, may get her to snap out of it, but I really doubt it. My experience is people like this don't change.
