I think Palau should be higher. I think a lot of people dislike it because they read the spoilers and knew Ulong would lose every challenge.

I actually didn't mind Palau. It was the first season my non Survivor fan friends sat through and it hooked them into wanting to watch more seasons (now
they've seen 7 of 18 and love them all) so it can't be that bad. Also I say I love Palau being someone who started watching Survivor from the very
beginning..so my opinion is not clouded by only seening since post All-Stars.

The link you have doesn't show any ratings for Gabon. Viewership doesn't mean that much, because the ratings drop each season. Only a handful
actually go up like Australia, Marquesas, All Stars, Palau, China, and Thailand if that's any indication of the
uselessness of ratings to determine quality

I have no problems with someone liking a season, but there's got to be some kind of reason. Not going to go any further although I do hate people who bash Thailand without seeing it in a while (or ever) because it's the cool thing to do. |

Micronesia was a good season, and it will certainly be in the top half (for me it beats Thailand, CI, Fiji, ASS, Gabon, Palau, Guatemala, and EI, putting it in
the exact middle for me), but it wasn't that spectacular. It had some great moments, and it also had some serious flaws, which level it out (those flaws
being the complete lack of development and shitty casting for the fans, the constant rehiding of the idol, and the medvacs). My guess is that since it has so
many people who love it, it will finish top 6.
My guess for top three is PI/Marquesas/Amazon, since those are all very widely regarded as great season, and for very obvious reasons. They were exciting all the way through, had great, memorable casts (even if you hated them), and all changed the way the game was played. The seasons that have gone out so far have deserved it |

There were just appalled that there was an all-black final 3 with Yau Man getting shafted at the end. The fans are fine with it, and there was no major
problems with the ratings
