So were Pulau Tiga, Marquesas, Thailand, Vanuatu, Palau, Cook Islands, and Fiji. All tropical islands look pretty much the same. Besides, we're talking about sets, not islands. I think the All-Stars tree house was a really great Tribal Council.

They're definitely not all the same. That's like calling all the land locations the same. The Panama islands were definitely the least interesting of the island locations. Marquesas was the harshest and had the waterfall at Rotu. Thailand had the cave and a more cultural feel. Vanuatu had the awesome volcanoes. Palau and Cook Islands were the most gorgeous sets. Fiji had a more decorative set with the skulls, Exile, and all the dangerous snakes.

Well certainly they had differences, especially when you start talking about the props and general aesthetics of the art direction. I'm just saying we're talking about Tribal Council sets here, not the locations of the seasons themselves, so talking about Rotu's waterfall really isn't relevant. Yes, Panama as a location in itself was a little dull (especially since we basically saw the exact same islands for three seasons). But the art direction of Pearl Islands was wonderful. All-Stars was a little generic (though it had a great TC set), and Exile Island, I think, had pretty lame props and the worst TC set of all.
