I wouldn't be surprised if they end up in the bottom 2 next week. Quest Crew, Beat Freaks, and Strikers All-Stars were all highlights tonight. These 3 crews NEED to be the Final 3. I don't know any of their names, lol. The group that performed Stronger was terrible because it's not a happy song. It's pretty self explanatory.. they were supposed to look vengeful and fierce. They looked like morons. Baby One More Time was just stupid. I don't see how it was fair that their twist was "sharp turns" (wtf?) when other groups had to use blindfolds and stilts. That's ridiculous. My favorite group was the blindfolded group. They killed it.

I agree with all those who say DE is in the B2 next week, and so will Fly Khicks(i feel like a retard spelling it that way). And Strikers, Beat Freaks, and Quest are so much better than the other 3, there is no way MTV will be able to put anyone else in the F3, unless 2 of them fall in the B2 together.

The clogging is cool but getting to be one note and they are so backwoodsy (where are they from again?) they know nothing about costume concepts and current hip hop. I was embarassed for the girls in those pink things and trashy wigs.

I laughed so hard when Shane mentioned the movie "White Chicks" because that's what popped into my head when I saw them on stage. Sucks for them, but they unfortunately hit their high during their premiere performance which was incredibly good.

Posts: 1414 (01/30/09 1:40 PM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts	I think the judges saw the misfortunate that happened last season by overcomplementing the Boogie Bots and So Real Cru for absolutely average performances - it kept them in the game way longer than they shoulda been, forcing good crews to square off against each other in the bottom 2 at Final 6 and Final 5. You can see they are only using the excellent (for the most part) performances of Beat Freakz, Strikers, and Quest as an excuse to separate them from the rest of the pack. It looks pretty dead-set that they want Fly K, Rings, and DynamicEd out in 6th, 5th, and 4th - and they probably don't really care what the order is as long as they all go next - thus never giving these crews more than just a "it was good, but not the best tonight" comments. Um yah. Though Strikers, BF, and Quest certainly are doing their part as well. If all 3 perform well next week, then the fate is sealed. It'll be a great F3 showdown. Strikers are surprising me the most and I am actually rooting for them because they actually DANCE. Again, pleasantly surprised that TM got canned.

In my Bio class, I was talking to my friend Ana(we always talk about RTV) and this girl Maureen heard us and we all started talking, and when I mentioned Beat Freakz they both said they really liked Fly Khicks. I think choreo may be making a comeback over bboying, somehow. I dunno. I just see Fly Khicks get 4th, 3rd if they get lucky. They seem to have a fanbase with people other than horny straight guys, which none of the other female crews were able to do(Except Fysh n Chicks, to an extent, but they were in Btm 2 ALL THE TIME). Dunno how, but they can. Oh, my rankings: 1. Beat Freakz - They were fucking GODDESES. Quest Crew is too much "do this flip, some choreo, same flip as last week(like, they used the same exact flips as last week, at least some of them)" 2. All Stars- Amazing. 'Nuff Said. 3. Quest Crew- They may reuse moves, but they are good. And the 'female' section was SO hot. 4. Fly Khicks- Useless Ra Ra Vaginas FTW 5. Team Millenia- I really liked it, I'm sad they went home. 6. Dynamic Edtion- They reuse moves too. They did they "arms together, than push out" move again, but the guy did it in sync with the girls this time. 7. Ringmasters- BLECH. Because not only was that the worst hour of "music" I have ever sat through (seriously, is that skank the least talented person ever to get that famous?), but I thought everyone other than Quest and Strikers were a fucking mess. Fly Khicks had a couple really obvious errors, and I was really surprised none of the judges mentioned it since I figured they'd want them gone soon. And Ringmasters, really? They were supposed to use themselves to make a giant person, so they stuck some hats on some sticks, and that was brilliant? Really?
