I actually don't watch a lot of reality shows. The only reality shows I watch religiously and actually DVR are Solitary and Survivor. I've caught episodes of other shows here and there, but nothing I have to see or have watch an entire season of. Solitary is so unique and different and I had to be a part of it. oh ok RobRob, you show off busy bee. :p i guess big brother would just be too candy-ass for you then; ha. (but i have to put a shameless proposal here for you to apply to be on there anyway - that'd be fun to watch -- 'course, would love to see you on survivor too -- fanatics are the best.) Or are you other to tiny because he seemed like a giant. I must say not a very impressive showing but you pulled it out in the end. Funny how 15 minutes on that show gets you $25,000 but a week in hell on solitary only gets you twice as much... Gotta love the power of the big networks!

Been through everything and I hope she can pull off the win. However she's reminding me of Pamela in season 1 who had the same track record until her last episode where she fucked up at the last minute and JUST missed the final 3. COME ON YOU CAN DO IT 8. Behind her, there's 4 and 7 who seemed to be trading off on immunities and surviving (until 9 came through) [and I hope Val's voice actress sleeps with a stun gun just in case otherwise she might wake up outside of a homemade solitary pod with a script to read] I have a feeling when one leaves the other is guaranteed to make the F3 and if they BOTH make F3, good luck the third person because you probably just lost. 9. The fuckin' tank. I don't know if it's a positive or a negative that nobody can see him because he's pretty intimidating. Talk about a wildcard. 3. Yeah, not reading much at all. I have no idea how long she'll last. She could go soon or Taralee/Nikki her way to the end.

It's always nice to get an inside perspective on the show, and makes it a lot more fun to watch. Quick question that any of you guys can answer (if you are allowed to, since it may be a production secret). Number 3's reaction to the spider in her pod made me wonder. Do they ask you before the show if you have any specific phobias? If so, or even if they don't, did/would you lie about it?

I don't specifically recall any questions about phobias or anything. But they don't use it for ammunition while you're on the show. It's only to make sure you would be a good candidate for the show. I wouldn't lie about anything.

Poor girl, but I had a feeling she'd succumb to a food challenge. Guests far larger than her lost on these competitions. How did Phu get past those? Win an exemption on each? I was really hoping that one of the guests asking for milk would lose a round... and get milk. That would've SO pissed awf Val. So I thought the lesson learned from the clips was not to put them on your fingertips. And No. 9 goes 10 for 10 fingers? My thinking right now is that all but No. 3 could win, but I note that No. 3 is quietly hanging around. No power plays yet, nothing flashy, except for the poor spider. I've got a feeling that No. 9 is due for a crash and burn, and No. 7 might get too strategic for his own good. No. 8 is one tough cookie. No. 4 -- I'm getting worried about your edit. Now onto reading this thread since page 56. Nice job folks -- this is the kind of traffic generated by the likes of Heroes season 1. And this on a show that most people in the US can't watch. Nice job indeed!
