All right - I think I'm now as confused as Adam. I get that he's at least bi. What I don't understand is why the wig & make-up? Is he
pretending to be a glam-rocker, or is he one? I guess glamrock by definition is all about hair & makeup, huh? I mean some of those pictures without all the
crap are truly beautiful - why junk it up?

Exactly. Why does he have to be bi? Because he's not "swishy" overly feminine gay? Gay comes in all shapes, sizes, temperments and personalities.
I've seen lots to suggest he's gay, nothing to suggest he isn't. Which is totally fine with this frauline. Doesn't matter if I find him hot or
not. (And he is to me, despite the bad skin)
Gay or bi changes nothing. My chances with him since he's gay? 0% My chances with him if he were bi? 0% My chances with him if he were straight? 0% I just like to watch him perform. And that, he seems to be able to do pretty damn well. |

Straight female here. I love Freddie, Elton, Mika, and Tim Curry in Rocky Horror, you know, in THAT way. Who cares if they are into women or not? It's all
about the talent, (in Freddie and Elton's case--genius). I'm straight and they are men, so why not just enjoy the fantasy? Adam is my new favorite, but
he has some things to learn. He doesn't have to be over the top EVERY time in order to be true to himself. Freddie didn't just have an amazing vocal
range, he had a natural performance range too. He could go from a calm ballad, to a wryly delivered uptempo number, to a full out rock opera number in under
1/2 an hour. Of course it came easy to Freddie, being a genius and all, but these things can be learned. I'd like to see Adam do something a little more
controlled next time--just to see some performance range.

Jocose, I definitely agree about Adam not having to be over the top on every performance. I really hope he isn't. While it's great to watch him, I
wouldn't mind one performance where he just chooses a simple song and sings it. He's already shown he's a performer. If he can reign it in too,
he'll be even better. As for the gay comments, it reminds me of the comedienne Jackie Kashian. Years ago, I saw her tell a joke about moving out to
Hollywood and her friends ruining things by telling her Keanu Reeves was gay (after her first celebrity siting). She basically said "who cares?"
Finding out he's gay changes nothing in her life. She's not going to be calling the caterers, cancelling the wedding.
