I thought the same thing. Running out the door seemed to be the most obvious solution. If they weren't going to have her do that I think they should have created a reason why rather than just have her looking stupid by staying with the house with the guy.

Also, seriously, what's fax paper? Don't most fax machines take regular printer paper now? When she said she needed fax paper I thought she must have had one of those old-school fax machines that takes the shiny rolled up paper that's always curling up. I'd argue that it didn't make sense for her to even have a fax machine in the first place (and on her kitchen counter no less as though she uses it all the time) but if she's still doing real estate then I can kind of understand it.
