I was pretty ticked off, too, because I have stopped watching Jon & Kate, and yet here she was, intruding on a show I generally find innocuous. Could she have been more ungracious? The women who work there are very nice to their customers, and were doing their best by Kate, and she barely cracked a smile the whole time. Then she decided on one dress, but only if they could alter it, which meant major scrambling to get permission from the designer, etc. Then once they had bent over backwards to satisfy her, she decided she liked another dress better, but again, only with alterations. They very firmly, but tactfully, steered her back to her first choice.

I got the impression that the Kleinfeld (sp?) women weren't overly impressed with Kate. At least nowhere near as much as she's impressed with herself!
