According to Mel in his interview, Luke is gay and wanted to be billed as gay too but TAR wouldn't let him be because he already had the deaf billing.
Kisha is an out lesbian. And he also claims that he's certain there is another gay, but wouldn't spill who.

Man, I never realized the ignorance and hate for deaf people ran so deep. I didn't feel sorry for Luke until I read these posts.

I'm actually jealous of Luke. He doesn't have to hear his mom nag at him. And he can just close his eyes when he wants her to shut up.
Plus, he doesn't have that f*ing Subway 5 dollar foot long jingle ringing around in his head. And he doesn't know how annoying Andie McDowell sounds. He's got it pretty good. He'd be a lot more disadvantaged if he was all flouncy and whimpy like Victor. |
