I can see either of these scenarios happening. I do not think that Coach or Sierra are in danger next episode. If you go back to the six opening confessionals, it kind of tells the story of how this season has been going. Erinn is the first one who says that she likes Tyson. Tyson is second and says that Erinn is the "bitch." Erinn turned out to be the "bitch" in the sense that she came up with the idea to boot Tyson. So for Tyson, Erinn is a bitch. Then we have Stephen, who says that he should be safe because of the older lady. Sandy is the fourth confessional and says that she should be able to lead Stephen around and he is a geek. Stephen has proven that while he is still a geek, he can make fire and survive on his own. Sierra is the fifth confessional. She tells us that she is sick. Coach is the final confessional and he says that the blond won't make it/survive out here. Sierra, despite being voted out at the beginning of the game has survived and made it to the F7.

So from these opening confessionals, we can assume that Coach will be voted out BEFORE Sierra, as the others have been. So assuming that Coach makes the F5 and Debbie the F4, Sierra would have to make at least the F3.

ETA: This would mean that since Taj and JT are supposedly in the F4, Stephen and Erinn are the next two boots. I am calling a Debbie, Taj, Sierra, and JT F4.
