I don't remember getting this sad over any celebrity, ever. Estelle Getty was sad, but this one really is bothering me.With Estelle, we were expecting it...and we knew that the Estelle Getty that the world loved was long gone. We had no way of knowing that Bea was even sick (other than the fact that she looked sickly when she made what I'm assuming was her last public appearance in December.) I wonder if we'll ever know what kind of cancer she had. |

I don't think I've ever seen a single episode of Maude but Dorothy Zbornak is one of my favorite sitcom characters ever.
