I hesitate to say this, but I sorta agree with Duke of Nerd. They did their best to make Melissa's life miserable, and they succeeded. She did go way over
the top, and I wish she would have left a little more graciously, but I think that had been building for weeks. Annie is the school bully and Brande her OH so
pretty sidekick. Obviously this isn't a popular point of view on this site. I know this is a game, and Annie plays it very well.

They did their best to make Melissa's life miserable, and they succeeded If they had done this from the very beginning, I would agree with you, but Melissa started conspiring against Brande first. In fact, they thought they were gonna use Annie to do it. Then they get all jealous/outraged when Annie switches sides and plots to take out Melissa. Ridiculously hypocritical. |

Melissa lost because she is a whiny bitch. She's the one who wants to be popular and could never be, not because she looks like the Joker, but because she
is a self-entitled bitch.

Pretty much: Jim: Brande, can you defend yourself? Brande: The final task is fundraising, and I will bring in more money than everyone else! Trump: Anything to say, Melissa? Melissa: I've worked the hardest! (lie) And they're ganging up on me! *whine* |

Duke of Nerd wrote: Duke of Nerd must have been picked on in school. She whined and bitched, and had that hateful sneer on the whole time. She thought she would skate because her mom was on the show. Kind of like her whole life. I wish she would now crawl in a hole and take that nasty bitch of a mother with her. I know why Joan's husband committed suicide. I can't believe he lasted as long as he did (I think Melissa pushed him over the edge). |

Poor Melissa had to deal with cruel jokes like yours all through high school.
Some of her emotional wounds have never healed. Her mother messed her up. Can't you see that Melissa is crying inside, searching for acceptance? |

I think she looks just FAB with all that plastic surgery. She looks like she had the beak of an endangered parrot glued to her face.

She should've said that they didn't listen to her ideas, which was true, and why they lost. Annie raising the most money was an opinion too. The other team lost the auction for the bad jewelry, and Melissa picked her team's jewelry. Annie brought the people, but the people bought the other team's only good piece of jewelry too, so it was definitely the jewelry that made the difference. Melissa should've gotten credit for that money, not Annie. That's another thing she should've said. Melissa just didn't know how to argue, even though she was the one person on that team who should not have been fired. |

Her first marriage was in 1955 to James Sanger,[10] the son of a Bond Store's merchandise manager. The marriage lasted six months,[11] and it was annulled on the basis that Sanger did not want children and had not told Rivers before the wedding.[12] Her second marriage was on July 15, 1965.[13] to Edgar Rosenberg. Their only child, Melissa Warburg Rosenberg (now known as Melissa Rivers), was born January 20, 1968. On August 14, 1987, Rosenberg, who had been a producer on The Late Show Starring Joan Rivers in 1986-1987, committed suicide by taking an overdose of prescription drugs in a hotel room, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. ------------------ Poor Melissa......she's a bastard. :c (

Melissa should've gotten credit for that money, not Annie. That's another thing she should've said. Melissa just didn't know how to argue, even though she was the one person on that team who should not have been fired. The point is that Brande answered the question, Melissa couldn't. And it's been said by other contestants that Brande's fundraising skills have been formidable and that other players (including Melissa's mom) has said she was an all-star and a strong player. Annie raising the most money *wasn't* an opinion, they have actual numbers and donors to back up their claims. And yes, Annie said in her blog that Brande's donor felt sorry for the other team so he bought a piece of their jewelry for 12k. But that wasn't Annie's donor. Melissa not being able to argue was my point. When someone asks why you shouldn't be fired, you tell them why you should not be fired, don't go with the persecution complex. That doesn't work on this show (or in life). |

It wasn't that Melissa wasn't able to argue cause we know she can and will speak her point of view. Trump has been making nasty remarks for weeks
(calling her bratty) and obviously doesn't like her. He is the king and can do whatever he wants. His preaching about having to work with people you
don't like was bullshit. He proved it himself by firing Melissa. He doesn't like her plain and simple and she pissed him off even more when she
politely interrupted him. She may not be as popular but she sure did make this show fun to watch. I'll miss her.

Wow! Her tantrum about not giving a final interview wound up giving us the best ending to one of these shows ever.
Unfortunately, everything else about the show this year has been total dogshit. How appropriate that huge loser who was recommending stocks to the public winds up on this show. Someone has a terrific sense of humor. |

Seriously, has no one else worked in their life? This type of issue is prevalent in the workplace but some people never grow out it. |
