If they are at home for more than 2 months from leaving camp then I would think that Ron/Mike MIGHT gain their weight back. They are clearly already not the cooks at their homes and they also don't appear to have any interest in cooking so they are at the mercy of the Wife and look what's she's done to them already. Taraa & Helen have a better chance since they are more independent then the men. but she also lost weight so she might know how to cook healthy foods, maybe her boys just didnt want to eat the healthy food she made before.

Yeah the mom lost weight and "may" cook healthy but look at how all that healthy cooking benefitted Mike, Ron, and other son. Without Bob, Ron will lose maybe 15-20 pounds at home and Mike will be a wild card without a trainer, not having someone to manipulate the game for him, and having to challenge himself to eat right/exercise off the ranch.

Because you can't tell some one how to lose weight when you don't use yourself as an example. Ron on the other hand has no motivation at all. He keeps telling everyone there's no support at home, which doesn't make sense to me: he has his wife (supposedly), he has Mike, and he has the 24 hour gym with a trainer. What the hell more does Ron need, a fucking posse?

They'll figure out how to lose weight at home. I don't expect any of them will gain weight. The winner will be the one who figures out how to lose the most weight, obviously. I wonder if they are allowed to hire trainers and nutritionists for the 4 or 5 weeks. That wouldn't be too expensive and would be worth the price if they win.

For some reason I don't see Mike losing alot of weight at home. I think they will fall into the same trap as before. His brother won't want to change which will frustrate Mike who will give into peer pressure and eat like his dad.

That's a damn big incentive there. I also think Mike's chances of permanently keeping the weight off will only improve when he leaves home. That's what will give him the best odds. So long as he's around his loser of a father 24/7, I think he's doomed to spiral right back out of control.

I think the freshman 15 hits the kids who had a healthy, balanced life at home. For those of us who overate and never exercised, college meant more scheduled, regular meals, lots of walking, and free access to a state of the art gym/pool. I got down to a size 8 without even really trying in my first semester. Of course, a portion of that weight loss was due to my not ridiculous at all eating habits like living on Hot Tamales ("They're fat-free!") and popcorn.
