I'm just saying I can't get a call through, I even called the operator, and she said she couldn't check toll free numbers, to contact FOX. I used my cell, and the same thing happened with the 02 for Allison, but I did get one vote through on the 07 number on the cell phone.

Makes sense that she's getting the most busy votes... cause she is getting the most votes through DI. Try the "busy percent" on the "Show Interval" side for more accuracy (as that shows busy percentages not busy overall votes which are pretty useless)
