I like his work ethic and his attitude, but the minute he starts talking about how great his father is, I want to punch him in the throat. I want Tara to win and if a win for Mike wasn't a win for Ron, I'd be happy seeing him win too. I just hope Mike takes his brother and gets the hell away from Ron. UGH!

And he's such a fucking liar too. the only reason why Bob doesn't believe him is because he can spot a liar when he sees one. Not only that but Bob has learned how to spot a strategist too! I didn't catch the "See you later" by Ron, but if that is true then we know ron is seriously in need of being institutionalized. That way he can have all the support and attention he needs. Go Tara and Helen!

He may be easier to beat, but now Mike will have someone at home to train with and motivate each other...and Mike is the real threat. Sending Ron home could have easily left him to return to his past behaviors without the motivation to win and may have brough Mike down with him...

He NEEDED to be there? He's basically a lazy asshole. Plus, the wife will be cooking for him. Mike may resist temptation for the $$, but I don't see any motivation in Ron. He feels entitled to the win. Entitlement=Dolly Madison cupcakes. As much as Mike leaves a bad taste in my mouth these days, I think he'll hang in there and lose a lot more weight. If only to get laid.

We've had how many seasons of this show and it just does not happen (with the exception of maybe ONE or TWO extremely early boots). After the finale may tell a different story, but I wouldn't get your hopes up for them bombing before then. Especially Mike. He wants it so bad he can literally taste it.

Mike is extremely motivated, and he'll be dragging Max to the gym constantly to work out with him. And you know Tara is willing to get herself down to starvation levels. Helen, I don't think, will do very well. She's at that stage where it takes really intense workouts to burn off those remaining pounds, and I don't know if she can do it without Jillian. I think she'll lose some weight, but not enough to beat Mike and Tara for the top two spots. So it'll be Helen and Ron for America's vote, and Ron is out.

I don't think anyone has gained at the finale from their original starting weight. In season two, there was one chick who only lost 15lbs and one guy who didn't show up for the finale. That's about the closest we've seen.

Plus, Bob and Tiffany were TANKS. They were just weight loss machines, and were never close to being below the yellow line.

Weight Lost: 141 lbs. Weight Lost Percentage: 32.79% Tara Starting Weight: 294 lbs. Current Weight: 169 lbs. Weight Lost: 125 lbs. Weight Lost Percentage: 42.52% 1st: Tara (42.52%) 2nd: Mike (42.27%) 3rd: Helen (40.08%) 4th: Ron (32.79%) I honestly think that if somehow both Mike and Tara struggle when they get home that Helen could win. She's been catching up to the leaders throughout the game, and if she's able to do really well at home, then she could be a strong contender.

She has to get back to her daily routine, which includes work, family, friends, hobbies, and volunteer. It's the same with all the others. We even saw it with Aubrey when she came home to five children. To take care of them demanded so much of her time, it left little time left for exercise. With the exception of Ron, no one has been making excuses not lose weight. Yes, it is possible to be caught up with work and family, and yes it is possible to plateau, but many of these people left the ranch with varying degrees of motivation. Ron has nothing going for him. He'll lose some weight to save face for the finale, but will soon go back to his old ways and go back. There is a reason why he has tried everything under the sun and still fails to keep off whatever weight he managed to lose before going on the BL.
