Did anyone else see Paula's "sister" avoid kissing her on the mouth at the same time that their mom said "your sisters"? I thought it
was pretty funny, I think Paula's "sister" is actually her girlfriend.

Danny has been pretty strong before last week, including winning two or three challenges for his team and one individual. Andrea's been a constant fuck-up
until last night, and even then she didn't win the challenge, was overbearing as head chef, and fucked up a couple times at her station as well. Danny may
not be that stellar, but it's fucking Andrea.

Andrea had no buissiness in the final 3, she sucked all season, even if Danny had a bad night Andrea in the final 2 would have been a total joke!
I also thought Paula's "sister" was her girlfriend till her mom said sister, they were def acting more like girlfriends than sisters. |

Awesome final 2! I don't even care who wins, just like last season. <3 Paula or Danny taking it home will be fine with me. Andrea really did suck
major ass the last 3-4 weeks, I was surprised she got as far as she did.

I seriously don't think that Ramsey is going to set himself up for ridicule by going against the palates of 100 of the most respected chefs (in
California). And if he WAS going to pick Danny as the winner, he would have re-edited the show and taken out the part about how overwhelming Danny's loss
and Paula's win were...

I don't think paula would be embareesed, her mother woukld be embaressed. I think she may have been faking it for her mother, if she is a lesbian. maybe
not, I rewatched too, the anouncer said it was her sister not her mom, but the look of love between the two, girlfriend love not sister love was def there.

Congrats to Paula and Danny. Most. Predictable. Final. Two. Ever. though. This was obvious about 8 or 9 weeks ago. :P ...well at least its less predictable than knowing from episode 1 in season 2 that Heather was going to win. |

Well I wanted to see if editing has anything to do with the HK winner, so I just rewatched the first episode of the season.
Besides one mention of her name, and telling Lacey her ice cream looked like turds, Paula was completely invisible. She had no confessionals, very little contribution to dorm discussions and was not involved in any kitchen drama. She did, however, have a positive impression with her signature dish. Danny on the other hand, had many confessionals, including the first one of the season. During the signature dish challenge, he got a segment highlighting his dish as one of the worst. And in the kitchen during service, he had a segment where Ramsay yelled at him, although Danny was not nominated for elimination. Overall, a really negative first episode. The episode as a whole started positively with the first impressions and then became a disaster during service, and most people who performed well (Paula, Ji, LA..) were ignored by the editing during service. If editing has anything to do with the outcome, my guess would be that an invisible edit in an overly negative episode would be better than being highlighted as a poor performer in the first episode. So if you add in the most recent challenge of the season, I'd think Paula wins over Danny. |

So I guess the whole "sister" gig means that it was even more of a joke when they had the fake possible "romance" scene in the limo

Quiddity - agreeance - most predictable final two ever. Personally I think Ramsey likes Danny in a mentor sort of way, so I am going with a Danny win.
