That's a likely basis for her bonding with super-fan Stephen (but not with Taco stand recruit girl). I'm just trying to figure out how you know that Stephen and Erinn are bonding. As far as I can tell, Stephen is just exceptionally good at cultivating social relationships and appear non threatening in doing it as evidenced by words spoken by other contestants.

Stephen was recruited by a childhood friend through FB or something, and Erinn was recruited in Louisville on the day of the Kentucky Derby. Stephen watched available seasons before they left, working backwards 16, 15, 13, 12, 10 and finally 6. He hadn't ben a fan or casual viewer before that. I didn't say Erinn initially because I wanted to do some research. Erinn said no when approached, but her parents convinced her to reconsider. -They- are fans of the show, something I figured honestly, from the Insider Video of Erinn's Father. His insight on strategy and the way he worded things was a big red flag. Erinn had watched a few episodes with them, but that was it. I wouldn't call either of them fans even, let alone super-fans.

I agree with you bl (on your second thought) No Oow, never once did I say they were voting against a former Timber because of dislike, YOU said that my dear. It would be the anti Gabon; voting for an opposing former tribe member to win because they (like bl said) they acknowledge that Jala kicked their hinds to the curb. I never once said it is because they disliked the Timb that was in the final two; that was what the Onions did, I said this would be the opposite of what the Onions did.

The Paos survived a 6-3 post-merge deficit and reached the end. Erinn survived a sure next-boot as low person on the Timbira totem pole and reached the end. The Paos backstabbed every one of the jurors. Erinn did not. Both the surviving Pao and Erinn would have deserved their F2 slots. Can the Timbira Five forget about the betrayal and vote for the deserving Pao ? Can the Timbira Five forget about their dislike of Erinn and vote for her ?

Posts: 7560 (05/08/09 5:14 PM) Registered User Reply Quote More Recent Posts	Both Sierra and Debbie being surprised at how much Stephen did behind the scenes in terms of manipulations and strategies lends credence to Erinn receiving their votes in a F2 against Stephen, who was just a "follower" in their eyes at FTC. I think that JT goes at F4 and Erinn wins a F3 endurance/balancing challenge and takes Stephen to the F2.

Separate post though and the post had nothing to do with this subject. I was merely showing that just because someone on the jury dislikes someone or has an issue with the person doesn't mean they aren't on the jury together. As far as the rest of your post, let's put subjectivity aside for a moment because you do like Erinn and that is fine. I can come up with points scored on the contestants left that I like but I'm too tired to bother and any argument I make will be shaded with my own personal bias. For the record, your point #4.... ANYONE who makes it to the end deserves to be there and WHOEVER wins deserves the win regardless of the criteria I like to see in my winners and each season it amazes me how posters are up in arms about the winner and "deserving" because they are pissed their favorite didn't win. You get to the end, you deserve it. You win, you deserve it. Whether by mistakes from others, winning crucial challenges, outsmarting, laying low or whatever, that person deserved it. Period. The End. In actuality, I think this jury will be a great jury and I do think that they (for the most part) will base their vote on who they believe played the game the best regardless of any personal dislike they may have about anyone. I know everyone loves "drama" and snark but I think I may enjoy (especially after last season's jury) a jury with no real axe to grind.

( it's a stretch, I know ) In the same way that Coach would never win but with him you just laugh behind his back, where as with Erinn she obviously got on your nerves non-stop. If the jurors didn't know Stephen's influence on the game then he must get booted before F2. Maybe he loses that tiebreaker at F4 when previously we thought he won the tie-breaker. JT simply decides to take Erinn to F2 because she drove everyone nuts. I wonder if Taj wants to play the idol this week but Stephen plays it instead, upsetting Taj and forcing her to vote with Erinn against Stephen at F4.

Stephen was seen as a spineless follower, who betrayed his master JT and then Taj. Both him and Erinn were despised and were given a hard time during jury questioning. Probably some really harsh words were said out there. Now that they have watched the show they realized he's the brain behind his alliance with JT and wish they could have showed him more respect? Anyway I think Stephen either wins or not making the final at all.

Tyson calling someone else annoying shouldn't be taken at all seriously. Pot kettle black. And Sierra was oblivious to everything going on. I don't see how a few people translates as everyone seeing Erinn as annoying. And this jury doesn't have bitter, pretentious cunts like the Onions. I do believe that they can put their personal feelings aside and vote for the best player.

She has no game whatsoever. Carried there? For the first half of the game she had no fucking allies, and was brilliant enough to strike a friendship with Joe. And then she moved herself into the Jalapao alliance flawlessly. They didn't pick her up, it was her idea to join up with them. Erinn definitely wanted to turn on the J's since she is the fourth wheel most likely, but it's impossible when Coach/Sierra/Debbie are fighting each other. She played it the best she could and avoided approaching them which would've just lead to Coach & Debbie ratting her out to the wizard and the hick. And how the fuck do we know the Jalapao dynamics exactly? Taj isn't retarded. Anyone can see that JT & Stephen are the closest. Taj/Erinn could have their own final two deal.

If Jerry is sick and then Timbira loses another IC, Erinn goes somewhere between episode 4 and 6. Her "brilliant" alliance with Joe was fucking stupid, he had zero power at Jalapao and they both thought they could get the idols at their camps, not realizing that the idol was most likely GONE. Then she lucked out by Timbira exploding at the F9 by voting off Brendan and being in shambles at the F8 vote. Jalapao knew Sierra was voting Tyson, so they tagged along with her vote, and Erinn tagged along with them for safety. She hasn't moved in flawlessly, Jalapao hasn't really needed her with Timbira falling apart. Even if Erinn wasn't with Jalapao last episode, Debbie still leaves because Debbie/Coach voted for 2 differenet people, preventing a tie. She is nothing more than a floater that has attached herself to the Jalapao power core in the merger and alienate her ex tribemates even more, ensuring that they won't vote for her. The only way she wins is if everyone else in the game just dies and she wins by default as the only player left in the game.

They managed to stay on deck together dispute J/S being in the "power" alliance and Taj watching over the women, so we know there was plenty of three way planning that the editors didn't show to make J-Steve look closer that they possibly are. Stephen is an avid learner, so he could well have gained superfan knowledge by doing his homework (just like Fairplay watched every episode after he was recruited). Stephen quoted one of my Edgic posts on Twitter, which puts him in the elite company of Eliza as the only 2 Survivors known to follow that thread. Stephen, Erinn, Taj and Joe (but not JT) are all on Twitter. Stephen and Erinn have been the most communicative. He has also tweeted with Rob C.

Seriously? edit: from looking around @ twitter for like 5-10mins, Erinn & Stephen seem pretty tight as well as Taj. Seems like she gets along better with the Jalapaos than the Timbiras.
