He said Susan/Mike are his "Ross/Rachel," so don't expect Mike/Susan to ever leave the show without having a happy ending. And Dana was who Marc had in mind to play Bree, before she turned it down, so as long as he can give her a story, even a shitty one, she stays.

They're so obviously what's holding it back, and I don't know how everyone doesn't see this. Without Gaby, Bree, and Lynette this show would have been over with a long time ago, so I have no idea why they're giving each of them, like, five minutes per episode. And where are the gays? Are they seriously trying to deprive us of all of the good characters?

I swear." Could not care less about Susan, Jackson, MJ, Mike, Katherine, Lynette being a total raving bitch most of the time, Tom and his never-ending search for his teen years, Dave. Liking: Bree, Karl, Orson (hating what they're doing to move him out, just ike everyone else), Gabby and her kids, Carlos (only sorta kinda because I like looking at him, but hate where his storyline has him). MIA pretty much: Tom & Lynette's kids (not really missed, really, but never around), Mrs. McCluskey (very much missed), Bob & Lee (extremely missed).

I was completely over Bree, but her and Karl getting together has breathed new life into the character. Maybe there will be a "War of the Roses" type thing with Orson and Bree. For me, Lynette and Tom are the worst part of the show. It seems like they've run out of storyline for them and there's too much back-and-forth ... Tom wants to sell the pizza place for big bucks, Lynette says no. Then, in no time, the business is worthless and Tom wants to hold on while Lynette says no. Ugh. Maybe they should have continued with the twins causing the drama. Dave's revenge storyline wasn't nearly twisted and mysterious enough to last a whole season ... they should have wrapped him up in the first half of the season and then introduced something new. Maybe they should have included more second generation after the five years ... Julie, Andrew, Danielle, Schiavo kids, Juanita, etc.
