Philip deserved to get fired. He really had some terrible ideas and he was on his last legs, especially when he never stopped being a sarcastic bitch to Lorraine in the boardroom when he didn't need to. It showed he could not reign in his ire.

Mona leaving was expected. She wasn't showing anything over the weeks that Sir Alan could see. I thought the gay focused campaign was interesting but was just awful in execution. A child with crayons could have come up with something better. Debra really botched that one up completely.

As for Debra staying this last episode... But Ben left so I'm just as ecstatic. He had shown nothing and had no idea why Sir Alan kept keeping him around. I'm glad James is still there but it's kind of sad to see Sir Alan keep putting him down. He's had a pretty rotten streak and he can't afford to lose again while Lorraine finally proved herself.

On the bright side, next episode is the tv sales task that always brings the laughs.
