Stephen needs to go to final 3 with 2 people who bring him to final 2. That's the best argument he can have in jury q&a, that he's in control and is never in danger of being voted out.

JT wanted Coach in final 3, that's bad for Stephen.

Keeping Coach is risky though because he is such a goat that if you take him to F3, whoever wins immunity is going to be very tempted to keep him. There is a
such thing as over-goating. That's why Cirie took out Courtney.

JT's biggest fan just went to the jury thanks to Stephen. Stephen would be a fool to keep his F2 alliance with JT. However, this could be the move that
makes JT not trust Stephen anymore. Hopefully all bets are off between these two so we won't have a predictable F2.

Taj knows she's on the outside of Stephen/JT, so her forcing a tie wouldn't put her in a worse position. I think it's conceivable that Taj would vote with Erinn at the f4. Taj/Coach? Not so much. |

Why does everyone assume that Stephen went behind JT's back when he voted for coachbag?
Isn't it possible that they just hid it from us for the sake of surprising the audience? And even if they didn't discuss it, I really doubt that would be enough to cause a tear in Jt and Stephen's alliance. And I hate to dissapoint everyone, but JT and Stephen will take each other to the final two. What other option is there? bring Erin to the final 2 as a goat? I mean, it would be a great idea, but neither of them obviously have the balls to do that. |

Stephen had to dispose of Coach to prevent the scenario that anyone wanted to take the sacrificial Coach, instead of Stephen, to the F2. Great move.

If Stephen takes out JT on the next tribal, then yes he is smart. But if he stays with JT then we'll see how the jury will vote. It really depends on the
next 2 tribal councils.

That vote showed Stephen's prowess at the game, and perhaps JT's ignorance. That is IF JT really believed that Erinn was the better boot.
Erinn was lousy at that endurance challenge and at most challenges, she has pissed off people and Coach will definitely be a vote for the guys over any girl when he is on the jury. There is no advantage to keeping Coach, other than Taj, Sierra and Erinn hate him. Coach has too many votes from Timbira to keep him in the game, and he went the distance in that endurance challenge. What I wonder was JT playing for Coach's vote with the angered facial expressions. Did JT know Stephen was going to vote for Coach? |

Maybe Stephen didn't get any awesome buttseks from TJ in the king-sized bed at the Governor's party palace, and now we're seeing the first stages
of a nasty breakup.

ncassaro wrote:This. Coach was always going to vote for JT in the finals, no matter what. If he voted for Erinn, that may have cost him Erinn's vote as well. Combined with the fact that JT did seem to be toying with the idea of taking Coach to F2, it was Stephen's best option. And I definitely don't think the JT/Stephen alliance is over. I'm like 100% positive that Stephen would have told JT he was voting for Coach before TC, and JT didn't care enough about who went home to argue. But he wanted to stick to his word to get Coach's vote so he stuck with the Erinn vote. |
