Can anyone recall in the past few reunions the hometown rallies of a contestant not in the finals? I can't remember shit, but Erinn G.oddess posted this on
her twitter:

I don't know about who it is, but that seems to spoil that it's a final two of two J3 members. I don't think there would be all that much tension
between Erinn and whoever she was sitting next to, if that was the case.
It probably is JT/Stephen. |

No mention of a bitter jury. Just the two finalists turning on each other. Even more reason to think it's a JT-Stephen final 2.

From an interview with Stephen in the New York Daily News today, it seems he would be most likely to betray someone else:
That should come as no surprise. Going in, Fishbach said he was a "cutthroat player" who could manipulate himself into a win. And at this point in the game - which was filmed months ago - the contest comes down to reading people trying to balance self-interests and figuring out who to trust. "One of the things that surprised me is how close you become with people," Fishbach said. "Watching it, you say, I'm not going to make any bonds. But you are living with them, and it creates these intense personal bonds." see: http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/tv/2009/05/15/2009-05-15_how_a_nyer_survives_the_postgame_secrecy.html |

Kirblar wrote: I agree. (I had posted the same thoughts just above you) As to JT saying this is just a "security vote", that can be taken as a move to get Coach's vote at final TC OR as a security vote to prevent Taj/Erinn from flipping their game on it's head. JT/Stephen have discussed a number of times how they believe that Erinn is a player and have expressed trust issues so it wouldn't surprise me if JT/Stephen had thought of a potential tied vote and wanted to make sure it didn't happen. |

There will be tie in the final 4, which Stephen will win, based on the foreshadowing of Stephen making fire.
There is also the possibility the women decide they need to break up JT/Stephen to give themselves a better chance at the final 2. I used to bitch in S7 how no one was smart enough to break up Romber when they had the chance. They all foolishly believed Rob would take them to the final 2. As Shii Ann would say, "Stupid, Stupid People". So even though I like Stephen and J.T., is everyone that stupid not to break them up? I guess so. Coach and his stupid "warrior" strategy, which is about as stupid as Dr. Sean's "alphabet" strategy. Isn't anybody thinking of how do "I" get to the final 2 against someone they can beat? Can't they count? With 7 jurors, that makes it a final 2. Taj thinks she has a promise to get to the final 3 by Stephen and JT. So? And then what? At least Cirie knew that she would have to be "taken" to the final 2 by the final IC winner, so she schemed and plotted against the rival "goats". IT was a great new strategy we'd never seen before. The final 3 made for a lazy game. However, with a final 2, people haven't thought through the end game and aren't plotting for it. No one other than perhaps Stephen has readapted their strategy to this being a final 2. "Stupid, Stupid People". |

Interesting: Coach indicated he would prefer Stephen over JT: "which one of those two with Errin and Taj still hanging around do I think should be the
winner, I don't know.... I would like to see Stephen win if he is there..."
from the CBS.com Survivivor site. I wonder if he came to this conclusion at the time he was there or after watching the show on tv. |

I don't know why, but I'm still not convinced that the clues are indicating a Stephen/JT final two. It almost sounds like two people are in on the lie,
and that they try to pin it on the other at the end (turning on each other). Besides, why would Stephen and/or JT have to make up a lie to get rid of Erinn?

I think by a "shocking first vote" Taj forces a tie between Erinn & Stephen which JT/Stephen don't expect, Stephen probably wins and Erinn
goes home further screwing Taj from getting into the F2. I'm pretty sure Taj & Stephen had a close relationship which was highlighted at the beginning
of the game, she probably thinks Stephen would chose her to go to the F2 since it'd be harder against JT, and also since Stephen made a F2 agreement with
Taj. After the first vote JT probably doesn't feel so secure or trustful with Stephen since Taj probably exposes the F2 pact she had with Stephen which was
probably made around the same time his and JT's pact was made. (Hence, "planting a seed of doubt") I believe JT wins final immunity and the
suspense for the final 3 TC is who will JT take, Taj or Stephen? He trusts Stephen less and Taj presents a strong case for herself to be in the F2. But in the
end, JT votes out Taj and takes Stephen, and paints him to be a snake at the final Tribal?
