Because his rant on Fox was a total lie. They didn't get preferential treatment, Whoopi and Barabra wanted to show what an liar the guy is.

I must be the only person who doesn't get why he is considered a liar. The man was getting on a train: true. It was the same train that Babwa and Whoopi were on: True. He was looking for some seats with three people who were with him: true. He found some, but was told that they were taken or reserved: true. Trains don't allow seats to be reserved: true. He then found out that the seats that were "reserved" was eventually taken up by Babwa and Whoopi: true. He made a comment on it.

Babwa is a stupid bitch. She tried to use her journalistic nature, which is bullshit in my view, to try and corner him, and since this was not his show, and he was merely a guest, he felt he had to apologise in order to remain nice-y nice with the women. Whoopi, goes on a rant saying she never liked him and never agreed with anything he said, and admitted to giving him the same nasty look on the train as she did on the show, was probably just looking for a fight. A big fuck you goes to those two women for being mean spirited to him and for looking for a reason to gang up on him.
