According to a radio's stations Twitter Anoop will be singing "I'm Yours" tonight with Megan. I am glad that Anoop will get some additional
air time in the finale, besides performing in the group performances.

I am very curious to see how Anoop's voice translates to a Mraz song.
For me, they don't exactly mesh - I'm still super-pumped don't get me wrong, and even if it is to suck (which it won't) the sole fact that both are getting the air-time they rightfully have earned and deserve is sitting tremendously well with me. This is also a great chance for both of them to prove to 19 that they are worth picking up... I am really quite energized about this performance. I also wouldn't be shocked if they end up doing "Lucky" since it is a duet.

I thought I'm Yours was kinda cheesy as a group song and I think it might be cheesy as a duet too...hopefully not though! I'm sure whatever lines he
sings alone will be great. :)

MAJOR bummer that the reports were wrong. A full on Anoop/Megan/Mraz trio would have been boss.
I am still not 100 percent on the Anoop/Megan romance. I saw him with Alexis much more often, but I hope I'm wrong for no other reason then I dig the sound of Meg-Noop. Personally, I feel he was a little shafted tonight but I am not gonna harp on it. He is happy to be there, happy for Kris, he is just a true class act. Starting the countdown to the annoucment of his signing! |
