The books were ridiculous, poorly-written tripe. Every one of them. I had to read them all to be sure.

I actually despised both of them and found them to be whiny bratty little self-absorbed fuckmonkeys.
I pretty much hated bella until the last book, too. And her father is a neglectful asshole. I think mostly I liked hating everyone so very much. But I guess because she wasn't interesting until she became a vampire, I'd have to go with team edward. |

I read all of the books after a friend wouldn't stop talking about them. I didn't like them at all-thought they all sucked.
As to that Team Edward/Team Jacob shit-I'd prefer Eric Northman fly from Louisiana to Washington and slaughter the entire clan. Then I would never have to hear a whiny Bella ever again. |

I finally broke down and read the first book. Then the second, just to make sure I was giving the whole series a chance, and it was horrible! Bella must set
the femanist movement back 100 years or more, Edward leaves so she just curls up and tries to die? And he's some sort of pervert, several hundred years old
in love with a teenager...

lol. i didn't even notice spots. ummm but that's not why i came to post in here. i was home for the weekend and omc my nieces would not shut up about
this crap. ok so i've seen twilight but i rented it. it was ok. my nieces have read the recent book(s) and know what is going to happen in the next
movie(s). i guess someone gets married and then in the next book or at the end of the current one the chick turns into a vampire or something.
i seriously thought about giving the books a shot but i doubt it now. |
