She reminded me of one of the younger 'bratty' blondes from a very early season, but I can't pinpoint which it is. Lindsay from Africa? Anyway, it's sort of hard to say whether Debbie will linger in our memories like some past contestants have or whether it's just because Tocantins is still fresh, but if there is some sort of Favorites component to S20, her freshness will be a factor anyway.
