This might only happen in the UK but Harry Potter Big Brother could be really fun. Everyone in the house is about school age like in HP and they are separated into different houses.
This would work a lot like Kid Nation, Kids policing themselves.

HPBB would take place inside a real castle in Scotland or perhaps a ancient college or somewhere appropriately atmospheric and really give the feel of a "real Hogwarts." It would for all intents and purposes be a real school too, with teachers and stuff but the kids learn real things, interspersed with challenges and competition and stuff. We have cameras in every nook and cranny and of course live feeds.

Nobody is ever booted from the show. Instead, kids are going to live together forever to try to win prizes and points. During their "downtime" they really will study and go to school in real subjects not like arithmancy or potions or some bullshit but math, science, history and stuff. So you will see bullies and all the kind of kids you see in school and lots of interesting human behavior stuff.

Big Brother really exists in this version to stop the kids from killing each other basically. He is the Headmaster. Like Dumbledore.

The kids get points for doing different tasks and if they are bad to other students they can have points taken away from them. Or say, Big Brother wants them to do some terrible thing to someone and they refuse and so get points taken away. Or they refuse and as a mindgame they get points! Points = Money at the end of the game the more you get the more money you get.
Occasionally they will have to get good grades under sleep deprivation or lose points, and other messed up stuff will happen. Maybe we spray them with water and force them to run outside or lose points if they towel off, and other little torture things just to throw them out of their comfort zones. Maybe we play recordings of ghosts out loud and scare them into thinking the place may be haunted and theirs a ghost attack! :P

Events that require all 4 houses to work together with a common goal (Troll in the Bathroom! Solve a puzzle together!) or some such stuff will happen too.

This will NOT be a typical Big Brother season. But it's something like Big Brother except the kids are in a Hogwarts castle type thing but with a intimate intense dorm style living environment where people will become closer than they have ever been to someone in their lives. It could get really emotional.

The show ends after school ends. They graduate and then the team with the most points at the end wins "The House Cup". Except each kid gets one and a share of all the money they won.

Then the special awards can go to any house. Britain calls in and votes which kid deserves a prize out of the other 3 houses.

The show ends with all the kids getting on a train and wistfully looking at the Castle crying their eyes out for they will never have a experience like this again...
