1. How soon after you got booted off did you tell your fellow loser lodge people that you're gay? Coz it seems that in the interviews they knew you're gay? Did you tell them or did they read your bio after the show was done?
2. Can you tell me one by one, what's your first impression of your fellow Pao's when you're in the truck? How did you decide on booting Sandy at that time?

1. Before Syd came to Loser Lodge. Candace and Carolina were asking about my personal life one afternoon and if I had any girls back home and that's when I told them I'm gay.

2. I thought Stephen was super religious, JT was pretty obvious- good ol' southern boy, Taj was out of her element, Sandy was CRAZY (so obvious at Ponderosa. When I was still the alternate I told myself she'd be the first one gone from her tribe because she seemed sooo loopy), Syd was always laughing and Joe was usually jammin' on to his iPod so they seemed pretty cool and laid back, and Carolina seemed prissy. Voted out Sandy because I felt like we needed the young legs to carry as much stuff as possible to camp.

The biggest 'surprise'- if you can even call it that- is the amount of downtime you have out there. DAYS of nothing to do... so the boredom is definitely quite a mental test. Overall, it was about what I expected. I'm not used to being deprived of food but it wasn't worse than I thought it'd be. I realized I was going home when I watched my tribemates vote... it was taking them far too long to write "T-A-J" down so at that point I was fairly certain it was me. When Jeff snuffed my torch it was like a shot to the gut. He's so jovial at challenges and can be engaging during Tribals but when he's snuffing your torch, it's all business. Very weird. You never imagine what that moment is going to be like because you never plan on getting the boot.
