So I rewatched episode 1 last night, and had a thought. They make a ton of people seem suspicious:

-JD says that Henry is always trying to make people like him, Henry also gets the creepy shot of coming up behind Abby in the middle of the woods. And he makes a comment on the boat that alludes to never feeling like he fits in with the rich Wellington folk. Perhaps he's a sociopath.
-JD gets the "scary tattoo reveal" and is called a psycho by Shane.
-Chloe knows all about Wakefield. And later reveals she has a thing for them.
-In a conversation with Chloe, it is noted that Cal always plans for everything. Every last detail.
-Booth takes the bag with the oxygen tank.
-Jimmy gets the intro where he's butchering the fish. And then is quick to jump and help the guys fix the propeller before they can find Cousin Ben underneath.
-Madison tries frying a snail. Violent much?
-Shane's an angry, angry person.
-Uncle Marty is even shady with the money til he's killed.

Those are just a few examples. My point, and I do have one, is that the storyline has been built in such a way that any character has some semblance of motive to be a killer. So, I'm back to looking at alibi. I know, I know "editing can be tricky". But with every character having a reason to be the killer, I think we're left to look at alibi as the seperator between "potential killer" and "possible killer". And looking back at all the episodes, and who's remaining....

(Again, I know this could be an editing ploy, but assuming it's not for the sake of my argument...)

Henry has sketchy alibis, but it sure looks like he's with Trish when Uncle Marty gets whacked in half, and with her when the Reverend bites it.
Beth, Sully, Cal, and Chloe are together when Harkin gets shot.
Jimmy and Abby are also together when Harkin gets shot.
The Sheriff is in the cabin when Harkin gets shot.
Nikki is bartending when the Reverend is killed.
Danny, Katherine, Shea, and Trish are together when JD/Harkin are killed.
Shane's in jail when Richard is harpooned.
And Booth, aside from being dead, is buried underground when everyone after he died, dies. I can roll with him faking his death, but I can't roll with him surviving being buried alive. It just don't work.

So.....the killer is Maggie. I don't know how this will tie into the Wakefield plot yet, or if it will at all, but I'm officially jumping off the Henry bandwagon. I know I'll probably be wrong, but that's my final answer.

Til Maggie gets killed, at least.

I can see suspecting Cousin Ben. The first eppy I noticed them saying "Cousin Ben this, Cousin Ben that, Cousin Ben, Cousin Ben". It seemed strange & wierd. I mean, really, who calls their cousin Cousin so & so? It seemed forced.

And it would fit with the producer saying that some people would think, "ahhhh, so that's the killer" & some would think, "who the fuck was that?" since we never really saw Cousin Ben.
