I didn't watch it, because I thought it was just going to be the same American Chopper show. Damn. She gave her pink scooter to Ronald McDonald House? WTF
are THEY gonna do with it?
I'm sure this was all planned ahead by TLC, but still... |

It was pretty much the same show w/a few extras. She mentioned that she wanted to do some Charity Events w/Mikey because they got along so well. Then after
she got the scooter she said she wanted to donate it to RMH so they could auction it off. Mind you she went there w/the children and then signed the bike.
IDK about Kate. She means well but goes about things in the wrong way. If she wanted to do something w/Mikey and the OCC guys, why not have them sign the
scooter?

This is getting ridiculous. I clearly stated she has good intentions. But clearly it is more fun to twist things around rather than stick to the facts. Like
I said she mentioned doing something with Mikey and that would have been a great project to complete the 2 shows.

I think we can all forgive Kate for spanking her child in front of the paparazzi. This was her anniversary weekend, which she spent saddled with eight kids all
by herself; unflattering pics of her hard nips and crotch were splashed all over the internets, and she filmed a show. This can all be very stressful.
I sure hope she is able to take some time for herself to, let's say, visit a spa to relax and de-stress. I just don't know how she does it. She must be superhuman or something. Let's all say a prayer for her during these rough times. |

Some children need a good spanking from time to time. I don't have a problem with it, especially now the tups are older and the timeout mat is probably
not the most effective means for punishment anymore. From the link posted above, it looks like they were in front of their house. I wouldn't call that in
public.

Jon and Kate Gosselin are losing fans -- fast. Monday night's episode of Jon & Kate Plus 8 shed more than one million viewers from the previous week's audience. The most recent show, which included a visit from the stars of TLC's American Chopper, brought in only 2.9 million viewers. The previous episode, which aired on June 8, had 4.3 million viewers.
The first episode of the fifth season was fueled by ongoing reports of the couple's marital difficulties, which helped make it the series' most watched show of all time -- and it easily beat such highly anticipated network offerings as ABC's Lost season finale. Wow, 84% said spanking was OK. That kind of surprised me. I wonder if it was one butt smack, they certainly only got one angle. I once smacked my niece's
bottom when she ran into traffic the third time during a kid's party at the park. Time outs and discussing it didn't work, and the "smack"
didn't hurt at all, but the shock of it finally got her attention.
I am sure GWOP must be going completely batshit over this one though. This divorce could be messy as hell. They will continue to lose viewer if they are showing obviously cheery episodes that don't have anything to do with the massive headlines about the problems Jon and Kate are having. People may say they want to just watch the kids...but the ratings show something else. |
