Why doesn't she go? It's her friend. dunno if this was already answered, but Trish did try to go and Henry told her to stay behind with Shea and the others and left her with one of the shotguns. I'm noticing a lack of "Shea is the killer" theories, even though she has more of a motive for most of the killings than anyone. I wouldn't call the sheriff a suspect since there was no way for him to have killed Cole. I really think its Shea too. Shea was VERY UTR in the beginning of the show, which kinda fits in with some of the audience being like "who?", everyone shes pissed at is offed immediately afterwards (Richard, Katherine) so she has a motive, we finally got signs of her rage when Madison was missing, etc. Also, Shea is an islander so its not out of the realm of possibility that she is Wellington's true child, seeing as we don't know shit about her/Trish's mother. That would tie her into it "all being about Abby". Also, on the "some people will say who? when the killer is revealed" thing, I really think that needs to be taken with like a pound of salt. I think that was said way early in the season when they were hoping casual viewers would turn in. By the time this show ends, only the passionate crazy fans like us are still gonna be watching. We know every single person on the show. To me, people saying "who" would just rule out MAJOR characters. The three leads being Abby, Trish, and Henry IMO.

That would tie her into it "all being about Abby What??? Shea IS a WELLINGTON she is Trish's sister. She is not an ISLANDER. The Wellingtons had a summer house on the Island. Henry and JD worked on the Island during the summer we KNOW nothing of thier parents. except that the Dad was Alive when the first muders by WAKEFILED were done because Cole Harkin stated thatJD andhis Dad visited him in hte hosptial. Chole, Beth and Lucy are Trish's college friends. Chole knew Henry but "traveled in different social cirlcle" presumeably at College. Sully, Booth,Malcome and Danny were Henry's friends. we don't know if any of them worked on the Island previously..

She had to had died not long before they were all outside, because there was still fresh blood pouring out, and I doubt Katherine just sat on the cutters. Someone jammed them into her.

When Shane shook her, he may have triggered something.

As far I remember, the Sheriff and Abby are the only living people to have actually witnessed the killer in action in person.

Didn't Jimmy drive by during/after Abby's mom was killed?

If a trap is a possibility, then the Sheriff could have done that as well (although it would mean that he was lying about not knowing Harkin was there).

It is odd how Maggie is always off by herself (with no seeming concern for her personal safety). I don't know if it is because she is Henry's accessory and trusts him (to her peril) or it's like the character Paul on Cheers -- bad writing. He's always off screen when the action happens. It could be her character is purely functionary as hotel proprietor and wedding planner and it didn't occur to the writers that her character might worry about her own personal safety as well. We'll see.

I think she might be the "special friend" of Madison's since she has keys to every room at the Inn & Madison had a key to let JD out of that storage room. And Maggie acted wierd when the firecracker was found in the dining room. But I hope she's not the killer.
