I was able to watch the first half hour before I went out. Had company after that and tried to watch what I missed. Too disjointed - gonna watch it in one shot
tomorrah on DVR.
And yes, I love the title of her book. Kathy is the fucking best

We saw that show when she was in Houston and though she did some topical stuff at the beginning, the whole show was billed as a retrospective of her charactors and bits from her whole career so yes, some were dated, but it was a great show. |

Thanks, lokeiuc. For anyone interested, part 2 links off the first video. Kathy is mentioning that she played at the Apollo. She talked about that at the
show in Atlantic City. She gave details about bombing and how they told her not to use the n-word. She was like "duh."

The best thing about Kathy's Larry King interviews is hearing the background people laughing the whole time.

I can't help it. Her Suzy Orman references always make me laugh. And I've heard the same "financially focused lesbian in the White House"
joke a dozen times but it always cracks me up. And I too love the background people laughing. You never heard it with anyone else but her. And anyone who can
make Anderson giggle is <3.

I knew about Suze but didn't know about Lily. I don't know how I missed that one.
anyway she didn't disappoint on Larry as usual, I loved how she just started rattling off all the women she's having lesbian affairs with (Kate Gosselin, Sarah Palin, Suze Orman, etc.) and how she thinks we should make fun of all the Palin children "including the infants"

I love Kathy but I'm not liking this season much so far. She's dressed to the nines in every scene. It's over the top when she 'pretends'
to do spur of the moment things with her close 'pals' like Bette Midler and Lilly Tomlin. Donno. I still love her, hopefully it will get better.
