So, after years and years I've finally finished the series. I saw the first season a few years ago and I actually got the DVD set at Christmas, but I
didn't start watching again until September... And I must say, it took me forever to get through the middle part of the second season, but I finally did.
The last handful of episodes were really, really great. I don't have anything new to add to this threat because I share most of the sentiments about the
show that have been shared already.
Although, I did watch Fire Walk With Me today. I dunno, I can't even say it was particularly bad but I just got so bored during it. I could barely pay
attention by the end of it.

Thread Revival!
I just finished watching FWWM, and have a few questions for you TP Fanatics. In the scene where Bob absorbs the blood from Leland's shirt and then shoots it on the floor, what did the Little Guy/Mike say to Bob just before? I couldn't figure out the ending "Bob, we want mine b;iojadisodasnu;an" is what I heard. Also, what's the deal with Laura's angel in the final scene? Were we to understand that she was passing on to a better place ... the White Lodge perhaps? What about the monkey image? And finally, why was Heather Graham in the credits when she didn't seem to be in the movie at all? tia |

1. He wants his garmonbozia (it means creamed corn, and/or pain & sorrow). Yeah, it makes no sense.
2. I agree with your assesment of the angel at the end. Interestingly, there is no angel in any version of the script. I think she finally gets to go to heaven/white lodge/whatever. 3. The monkey is also not in the script. Some random insert shot Lynch concocted on set. 4. Heather Graham is in the movie. She's in bed next to Laura during her dream and talks about how the 'good dale is in the lodge and he can't leave'. She's wearing the dress and has the same blood on face from the final episode. Hope that helps. |

Actor Kyle MacLachlan plans to resurrect his quirky TV drama Twin Peaks in short installments on the Internet. The Desperate Housewives star played an FBI agent on the show between 1990 and 1991, working with legendary director David Lynch on the cult series. The show was eventually cancelled after a decline in ratings, but returned in 1992 with a prequel movie Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me. MacLachlan is desperate to reprise his role once again and hopes to utilise the web to help fulfil his ambition of a return to Twin Peaks. He says, "I have a crazy idea to bring back Twin Peaks on the net as five minute webisodes." But the star admits the show's creator, David Lynch, won't be involved with the new version as he is too busy focusing on his initiatives to publicise meditation techniques. MacLachlan adds, "David's focus is more on transcendental meditation now." |

I don't think it will be the same w/o David Lynch. Although I think Mrs McCluskey would make a great a great Log Lady if he does decide to do it.

The only really bad parts of Season 2 were all the ridiculous filler subplots that added nothing to the drama of the show (that and the whole David Duchovny
storyline, but I know some people actually didn't hate that). If it's just based on Cooper, the Man From Another Place etc., it'd be worth
watching.

Twin Peaks webisodes? I'd watch but I doubt it would be very good. Can they get the cast back? I do like Kyle Maclachlan though.
